Terms of Service - Summer of SEO

Format

Summer of SEO is a group strategy and accountability program. With the exception of the VIP tier, no 1:1 sessions are included. Participants are able to purchase 1:1 sessions, if time is available on the calendar. Ability to purchase 1:1s is not guaranteed. 

Capacity

Seats are limited in this program and we cannot accommodate team members without their own seat in the program. If they require access to the program, please purchase a seat for them. 

Schedule

The schedule is published in advance of the program start. Sarah Moon & Associates LLC does reserve the right to adjust the schedule if needed. 

Access

To access the materials, log into our MemberVault.  Access to the materials is guaranteed until June 1, 2025.

Non-Payment

Payment plans must be paid as scheduled. If your payment defaults, access will be suspended until your account is brought current. If your payment is in default, you will not be able to attend live sessions. 

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds are not offered. Please contact us if you are in need of support.

The materials are for your use in your business. Participation in Summer of SEO at any level does not grant you a license to use the materials beyond your own business. We enforce all copyright violations to the furthest extent of the law. Absolutely NO "Master Resell Rights are permitted.
